1-on-1 Personal Training: Our personal training programs always start with a consultation that covers body measurements, body fat testing, health questioner and personal goals. Then we design a weight resistance program based on your fitness level and your goals. Lastly, we schedule your 1 hour sessions based on your needs and availability.
Semi-Private Training: Our semi-private training allows you to train with 1 or more training partner(s). This allows you to share your great training experience with a friends, family or spouse! Great for motivating and accountability. It also allows you to lower the cost of training.
In Home Training: For those clients whole love the convenience and privacy of training in their on home, we provide in home training as well! We can assess your home equipment and use it in the most beneficial way or we can provide a home workout using dumbbells and resistance bands that we will provide.

Our Contest Prep takes all of the guessing games out of your preparation. Being an IPE Pro, a certified judge and a promoter I have the knowledge to make sure you know what to expect at every phase of your prep. For your nutrition, we cover everything from meal prep to supplements. We also cover your posing and presentation. From beginning to end we give you the personal attention you need to make it a great experience. We work with every level of competitor, from first time competitors to pros! Session One: A Basic Overview of Fitness - Keith will cover fitness terminology, discuss activity levels, and help to categorize the fitness level individuals are currently at (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).
Session Two: Nutrition - Keith will present a basic overview of nutrition; covering the nutritional needs of individuals, pre and post workout needs, and information on supplementation and hydration.
Session Three: How To - Presentation on "How to" get started. There will be specific information for individuals at different fitness levels. Covering aspects of weight training and cardiovascular programs for all levels.
Session Four: Effects - Information on the effects of a healthy lifestyle. Topics will include: improved health, increased energy and vigor, decrease in blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight. Also, an overview of all sessions and how each component compliments the others.
We can also provide development of a corporate fitness program and corporate fitness events as well as staffing corporate fitness centers including personal trainers, managers, class instructors for yoga, pilates and other group exercise classes.
